我們沒法為中古卡式帶提供退款服務。如收到中古卡式帶的產品後發現有問題，我們可安排一次性的換貨服務，請於出貨後的 7 天內電郵至 info@findmerecords.com 提出。

換貨只適用於同等或低於原產品價值的中古卡式帶，如要換高於原價值的產品，需要補貼差價。

RETURN POLICY ON USED TAPES

Refunds for used tapes are not available. In case you notice any defects on the tapes you purchased, kindly reach out to us via email (info@findmerecords.com) within 7 days from the date of your order dispatch. We can facilitate a one-time exchange service for your orders. Please note that this service is applicable only for products with a unit price equal to or lower than your tapes.

If you wish to exchange for a product with a higher price, you will be required to cover the price difference.
